Hopefully, that involves laughing! I
love to read children's books - mostly
biographies and historical fiction. My
favorite book is called Small Steps: The
Year I Got Polio by Peg Kehret.
Finally, I collect old textbooks - mostly
readers and geography books. I enjoy
reading about how schools were organized and
what students have studied in the past.

I also play clarinet and oboe. My high
school marching band - Marian Catholic High
School in Chicago Heights, IL won the
National Championship in the Bands of
America Marching Band Competition three of
my four years.
