If you have a child entering Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten in addition to other children in Grades 1-8, please contact the Business Office for applicable discounts.

Deposit Information and Payment Options

Non-Refundable Deposit of $350 per current student and $500 per new student is paid upon re-registration or after acceptance, and a Tuition/Fees Agreement is signed to secure a place for the new school year. The non-refundable deposit is applied to the tuition of each student enrolled for the year and is non-transferable to other students in the same family.

For the Annual Payment option, payment is due in full on or before July 15.
For the Semester Payments option, payments are due on or before July 15 and January 15.
For the Trimester Payments option, payments are due on or before July 15, October 15, and February 15.
Ten Monthly Payments are due on or before July 15 and end on or before April 15.
Credit Card Payments using appropriate Authorization Form are accepted. Form must be
re-authorized yearly, prior to any charges being made. Charges are made on the 15th of the
appropriate month corresponding to your Tuition/Fees Financial Agreement.

Credit Card Option

Payments may be charged to a credit card by using the appropriate form (forms must be reauthorized yearly, prior to any charges being made.).

Home and School Association - Family Obligations

  • A mandatory membership fee of $450 per family is due by October 15, 2009, payable to the “Annunciation Home and School Association”.
  • Each family has the opportunity to earn up to a $250 rebate on May 1, 2010 through fundraising activities.

Each family is also required to contribute 20 hours of service to the school over the course of the school year (completed by May 1, 2010).

Extended Day Rates

Annunciation Catholic School also offers an Extended Day program for Pre-Kindergarten through Grate 8 students.  Enrollment is limited, however, and is filled on a "first come, first served" basis.  A non-refundable registration fee of $50 per student is paid on the first day of school to secure a place for the new school year.

Two (2) Hour Program - $1,625 (per year / per student)
Three (3) Hour Program - $1,925 (per year / per student)

Extended Day Charges are payable in three installments (September 15, January 15, and April 15) or monthly (September 15 through April 15). The Credit Card Payment Option also applies to these payment schedules.
